Development, Operations, and Maintenance of Solar Hybrid Power Plant

This project focuses on the development, operations, and maintenance of a 1.9 MVA solar hybrid power system, along with a 3 MVA Energy Storage System (ESS), specifically at the Federal University of Dutsinma in Katsina State, Nigeria.

This initiative is part of the Energising Education Programme – Phase 3 (EEP-3) under the Nigeria Electrification Project (NEP), funded by the African Development Bank (AFDB).

The solar hybrid power plant is nearing commissioning and aims to enhance energy access and sustainability at the Federal University of Dutsinma, contributing to improved learning environments and operational efficiency.
